Formerly part of an olive estate on five acres of gardens, this rustic 18th century Hacienda has been restored into a private hideaway offering 11 rooms around its bougainvillea-filled courtyard and 3 “Castias”. Facilities include 2 pools, restaurant, library, boutique, tennis court and parking. There is a third pool for exclusive use of guests staying at the 3 “Casitas”. Every evening the chef produces a 3 course set menu of Mediterranean cuisine where guests gather alfresco when possible. |
