Overview
Formerly part of an olive estate on five acres of gardens, this rustic 18th century Hacienda has been restored into a private hideaway offering 11 rooms around its bougainvillea-filled courtyard and 3 “Castias”. Facilities include 2 pools, restaurant, library, boutique, tennis court and parking. There is a third pool for exclusive use of guests staying at the 3 “Casitas”. Every evening the chef produces a 3 course set menu of Mediterranean cuisine where guests gather alfresco when possible.

Description & Location
Hacienda de San Rafael is ideally located in the centre of the Andalusian countryside in the triangle of three cultural destinations: historical Seville, sherry capital Jerez de la Fronterra and the beautiful white villages of Ronda. The hotel can be easily accessed by helicopter or road driving from the airports of Jerez (20 min drive), Seville (45 min drive), Gibralter (90 min drive) and Malaga (120 min drive).

Rates are subject to 7% IVA and include continental breakfast of bread rolls, croissants and jam. Cooked breakfast and fruits are available on request.  Lunch is 25 EUR per person and served anywhere on the grounds and dinner is 55 EUR per person for the 3 course set menu.

All the rooms are individually decorated by Kuky Mora-Figueroa, using fabrics, antiques and artefacts of her own personal choice. There is a verandah outside each bedroom where breakfast is served.
