La Oliva, Ibiza

In the heart of Dalt Villa, a UNESCO world heritage sight, La Oliva restaurant is located on the main pretty cobbled street surrounded by century old fortifications which make this one of the island’s most romantic spots brimming with history and charm.



Romantic and intimate, La Oliva offers a varied menu of Mediterranean dishes with Asian touches including our favourite sashimi dish. This institution has 25 years of culinary experience and is run by expert restaurateur, Lisa of the La Oliva family, following Rene and Ursula Salle.

La Oliva’s location makes it ideal to people watch and enjoy the street musicians as you dine. You can also sit in one of the pretty rooms located just off the street.

How to get there...
Park in Ibiza Town and walk up into Dalt Villa. Once you go through the gates, La Oliva is on the main cobbled street as the street begins to narrow.
