The Orange Tree Restaurant at Atzaro

Hotique remembers visiting Atzaro when it launched as a little nine room Agroturismo... fast forward to today and it is one of the island’s most desirable destinations to experience - with its beautiful Balinese inspired spa and lap pool, traditional Ibicenco orange tree plantations where the orange tree restaurant is located and its beautiful hotel and villas.

The Orange Tree restaurant is open to everyone on the island to enjoy which means everyone can experience this little wonder of Ibiza. The tables are set underneath tent styled awnings or in the garden around the ponds under the stars - you dine to the sound of frogs, the scent of orange trees and candle light which makes this one of the island’s most romantic dining experiences.

We enjoyed a glass of cava before dinner in one of the day beds, as the sun went down behind the Bali pagoda at the Spa’s lap pool. The DJ was playing chilled tunes by the Buddha figure and it was hard to leave this tranquil spot for dinner.

The Orange Tree restaurant is fine dining at its best in a stunning location with the San Juan hills as a back drop. The tasting menu is an experience of never ending glorious sensations – the food light and tasty, offering different textures and sensations with every dish.
