Built in Oia's famous cliffs, "160thea" offers 11 suites in traditional Greek design and Cycladic architecture. Based on the promise of its name, each suite offers to our distinctive guests, 160 degrees breathtaking views to the Aegean sea and the famous Santorini volcano. The Hotel is located 18 km from Santorini Airport and 20 km from Athinios Port.

Prices are quoted in euro for 2 persons respectively per suite per night and include Greek Room Service Breakfast, taxes and service fees. Price for Thea Suite is quoted in euro for 4 persons respectively per suite per night and included Greek Room Service Breakfast, taxes and service fees.

Children Policy as follows: Up to 4 years old stay free in parents’ room. From 5- 12 years old charge is 20/30/40 euro respectively per suite per night, including Greek Room Service Breakfast and taxes. Baby sitting upon request at an extra charge.

Baby cot requested prior to arrival at no extra charge. Extra bed should be requested prior to arrival at a charge of 40/60/80 euro respectively per suite per night, including room service "Greek Breakfast" and taxes. Welcome package includes a glass of sparkling wine upon arrival.

Other InformationCancellation Policy:

Hotel charges 50% of the total accommodation cost, as a non-refundable deposit, 2 weeks prior to arrival on Low Season, & 3 weeks prior to arrival on Medium and High Seasons.

For cancellations made after 6 pm prior the arrival day, non-show or early departure, hotel charges the total amount of the stay.

In case of modification-within the release period- to the number of nights booked, a penalty equal to 50% of the nights cancelled will be charged in addition to the deposit.
