Overview
La Residenza Napoleone III is one of the most luxurious palaces to stay in central Rome located on Via Condotti by the Spanish steps. Careful renovation has restored the apartment to its original splendour. La Residenza Napoleone consists of three magnificent rooms (about 150 sq mt) with antique furnishings, oil paintings, XVI century tapestries, parquet floors and hand-stencilled walls. The master bedroom has a large canopied bed draped with beautiful fabrics and silks. One of the six huge paintings in the bedroom forms the headboard while another painting opens to reveal an exquisite marble bathroom. Princess Letizia Ruspoli now also offers the Roof Garden apartment with a bedroom and roof terrace.

Situated in the XVI century Palazzo Ruspoli on Rome's legendary Via Condotti, La Residenza is named after Emperor Napoleon III, who lived here in 1830 with his mother, Hortense Beauharnais, the former Queen of Holland.
