Overview
The Farm, is a medical and wellness resort located a two-hour drive south of Manila. The 48-hectare resort offers a healing environment for the holistic treatment of the body, mind and soul making use of Nature’s remedies. The Farm offers Prevention, Recovery and Wellness Programs, its mission is to guide and educate guests toward their maximum total health potential. The Farm believes in the body’s inherent ability to heal and maintain a healthy functioning state.

Located 80 kilometres (a two hour drive south) from the Philippine capital city of Manila, The Farm is situated on a former coconut and coffee plantation, gently nestled in the foothills of Mount Malarayat close to the village of Lipa.

Facilities
A variety of accommodation including the Sulu Terrace Suites with outdoor bathroom and seating area; the Anahaw Terrace Suites with a two floor design over a stream; Palmera Suites with a spacious garden, pen air shower and 12 foot ceilings; Garden Villas with a private lanai or Master Villa. Vegan restaurant “Alive!” serves only organic vegan live cuisine composed primarily of uncooked fruits, vegetables, germinated grains, nuts and seeds. The resort facilities include organic gardens, meditation pavilions, indoor lounges with library and TV, activities such as yoga, walking and kinetics, jogging paths, two swimming pools, Salus Per Aqua spa, Mango Tree relaxation area, weights and reception area with wi-fi.

Other InformationThe Wellness program available for 3, 5, 7, 10, 14, or 21 days offers nutritious cuisine and spa treatments where wellness is a journey filled with balance, discovery and awakening designed to clear the mind, remove anxiety, empower nutrition, manage stress, enhance vitality, and bring peace, health and wellness into your life. Additional medical or spa treatments can be added to the Program. The Prevention program available for 5, 7, 10, 14, or 21 days focuses primarily on eliminating toxic substances through colon hydrotherapy, daily massages and a medically guided fasting process on pure vegetable juices and quality super-food supplements. The Recovery program available for 7, 14 or 21 days provides a range of customized body detoxification treatments, including hydrotherapy and target organ cleansing. Food intake is limited, relying primarily on pure vegetable juices and quality super-food supplements to ensure the body is provided the extra nutrients it requires as it works to cleanse. Recovery programs cover Addictions, Adrenal Health, Cancer Recovery, Diabetes Management, Dyspepsia, Ulcer & Gastro-esophageal Reflux, Hypertension & Blood Pressure Dysfunctions, Infertility Management, Liver & Gallbladder Cleansing and Obesity & General Weight Loss.
