Choupana Hills Resort is a luxurious spa located on a hillside on the island of Madeira. It offers 58 deluxe rooms and 4 suites, all with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and the bay of Funchal. The décor reflects African and exotic Eastern touches coupled together with peices from Portugal. Amidst the lush tropical gardens, Choupana Hills has zen styled designed bungalows on stilts constructed symmetrically. The stunning 4 suites are separate from the main building offering private heated outdoor Jacuzzis.

The two main buildings include the reception, Xopana restaurant, Basalt bar, the luxury spa, pool with bar and snacks, lounge that serves tea, library, and conference facilities. Faciltities include 24 hour room service, concierge, golf (located about 10 min. by car from the hotel), parking, laundry facitlties. Luxury guest rooms feature vaulted ceilings and private sun terraces overlooking the sub tropical gardens and ocean. There is a courtesy bus service to the centre of Funchal to enjoy some local shopping and sightseeing.
