Perivolas Traditional Houses is romantic hideaway perched on Oia's cliffs high above the Aegean sea in its own private Garden of Eden. Rooms are the traditional Santorini style caves, built into the cliffs offering beautiful caldera views all with their own terraces. Rates are per house, per night, and include full buffet breakfast and all applicable taxes. Check-in time 14:00 - Check-out time 12:00. Cancellations made less than 21 days before scheduled arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking. No show or early departures are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking. The hotel does not accept bookings with children under 16 primarily, but not only, for safety reasons.

Facilities
Rooms feature vaulted ceilings, domed bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchenettes. Most accommodations have open-plan layouts, integrating bedroom and sitting room into one large space; superior suites have a bedroom separate from the living room. Both the Perivolas Suite and the New Perivolas Suite feature private swimming pools and spacious living areas in a grotto-like setting. Buffet breakfast is served in your room or by the pool and transfer service is also provided.
