Overview
Based in the village of Deià, La Residencia comprises of two restored manor houses from the XVI and XVII centuries, beautifully furnished with Spanish antiques, local fabrics and art. There are 53 rooms to choose from including Single, Double, Junior Suites, Superior Suites and Luxury Suites. The bedrooms are individually furnished in traditional Majorcan style. Calm natural tones, crisp white bed linen and curtains that float in the breeze, simple yet elegant.

Description & Location
Between the Mediterranean and the spectacular Tramuntana mountains, in the tiny village of Deià which offers a natural enclave for La Residencia. The wooden shuttered windows overlook the lush landscaped gardens, which provide fresh herbs and olive oil for the kitchen, fruits for the homemade morning marmalades and fresh flowers for the rooms.

Special Valentines and Easter Packages Available. Extra beds cost 98 EUR. Rates are open, per night including breakfast. 7% of VAT not included. Minumim stay of 5 nights at Christmas and New Year, Easter and over the summer season (13.05 to 31.10). Children under 10 years also only accepted between selected dates.

Other InformationAt regular intervals, classical music concerts are also held in La Residencia, for the hotel boasts possession of a very special and unique Steinway piano dating from 1887; Art Gallery. La Residencia will be closed between the 4th and 29th of January 2009 inclusive.
