Overview
The hotel is a late 15th century converted "morisca" house situated at the foot of the Alhambra in the historic Moorish "Albaizin quarter" of Granada. The maze of typical narrow streets by the river Darro, offer easy access to the city centre and the Alhambra.

Description & Location
The hotel has two floors with a courtyard and pond, with a surround of a galleries supported by columns and pilasters. The bay preserves have stucco work arches, panels of Morisco tiling and a coloured wooden ceiling with calligraphic decoration along the frieze. The front bay and the staircase were remodelled in the 17th century. The basement with brick barrel-vaulting has been converted into a dining room. The breakfast room has an impressive barrel vault of brickwork and the patio garden is a delightful place to have a drink while enjoying a superb views of the great Comares Tower of the Alhambra.
